REQUIREMENTS : ABET / Standard 8 / Grade 10 / Basic Education; Knowledge of repetitive tasks. Knowledge of facilities policies. Knowledge of relevant legislation, prescripts, policies and procedures. Knowledge of hygiene. Storage requirements.
DUTIES : Operate the photocopier machines. Binding and laminating of documents. Provide counter services. Perform minor maintenance on the photocopier machine. Make requisition for photocopying materials. Skills: Reading,
Operating equipment. Communication (verbal and written). Office management and administration. Analytical, Computer literacy, Problemsolving, Planning and organizing. Disciplined.
