Job Description: NamPak Customer Sales Representative

Reporting to: Accounts Supervisor
Grade: Peromnes 11
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate Processing of Customer Orders and Documents:
- Processing customer sales orders, quotations, and credit notes using the JDE system.
- Recording daily transactions for follow-up with customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensuring the collectability of all sales orders.
- Maintaining consistent communication with customers.
- Handling irate customers professionally and resolving issues.
Invoicing and Logistics:
- Obtaining freight quotations for customers and reflecting charges on invoices.
- Invoicing rentals as per standing rental contracts.
Order Fulfillment and Procurement:
- Ensuring on-time deliveries to customers (OTIF).
- Fulfilling Back Orders upon stock receipt.
- Processing sales orders with relevant purchase orders.
- Processing export orders and handling foreign currency and GTS system.
General Administration:
- Filing and office administration tasks.
- Assisting with quarterly stock counts.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales or Customer Relations (advantageous).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office.
- Problem-solving.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Confident and mature in conflict management and problem-solving.
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, analytical, and a team player.
Additional Information:
- All necessary training and appropriate Inspection and Coding systems experience will be provided.
